In this powder room reno, we moved the plumbing fixtures so that this beautiful new washstand and sink are the first things you see. We added a chair rail and painted below the chair rail in a semi gloss and then added a super fun wallpaper above. We also swapped out lighting fixtures and mirror, making a this small space a real statement piece.
